Ring Hammer Crusher
Ring hammer crusher can be divided into PCH type and PHZ type according to different crushing materials.
PCH type coal ring hammer crusher is most suitable for crushing various brittle materials such as coal, coal ganger, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 40 MPa, and the surface humidity should not exceed 8-11%. For non-adhesive materials, surface moisture can be controlled within 15%.
PHZ type ring hammer crusher is suitable for crushing various ores such as pyrite, phosphate ore, limonite, magnetite, limestone and cobblestone. Its compressive strength does not exceed 60 MPa, and surface humidity does not exceed 15%. When the crushed particle size of pyrite and phosphate ore is less than 6mm, the surface moisture content of the materials is less than 15%.
The structural characteristics of the ring hammer crusher can control the output particle size. After crushing the material, the product has particle size requirements. A ring hammer crusher should be preferred if particle size cannot be exceeded.
