Heavy Duty Ring Hammer Crusher
HCSC series heavy duty ring hammer crusher is a new product introduced and developed in Japan. It is suitable for coal crushing in power plants and has the characteristics of output up to 200-2000T/H, uniform output granularity, hydraulic opening of the housing and convenient maintenance. The monitoring panel is equipped to measure electrical parameters, main bearing temperature and vibration, safe and reliable operation. Equipped with an air volume regulator, the exhaust air is changed to air draft in the loading mouth, which can concentrate dust removal and prevent pollution.
The coal block after entering the crusher is first crushed by the high-speed rotating ring hammer, and then crushed again when it hits the crushing plate and screen plate at high speed. In this case, the coal blocks also collide with each other. The impact coal is cut and crushed between the ring hammer and the crushing plate and the sieve plate, flowing from top to bottom, continuously crushed and discharged from the sieve hole after reaching the required particle size. Garbage such as iron and wood is pulled into the garbage disposal room by the ring hammer and cleaned regularly.
