4PG series roller crusher is used to crush various medium hard materials such as limestone, slag, coal, etc. in metallurgy, cement, chemical and other industries, it is used as primary and secondary crushing equipment.
The crusher has many advantages, such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost.
1、 There is a triangular belt between the motor and the gearbox. The triangle belt will slip if the load is too heavy, which can protect the engine.
2、The connection between the roller part and the reducer adopts a universal spindle coupling, which not only provides sufficient adjustment range for the roller part, but also protects the motor and reducer in case of damage due to overload.
3、The roller part is the rigid part of the crusher. The connection between the roller and the main shaft is made using a key and a tapered bushing, which can be easily removed.
4、The gap between two rolls can be determined by personnel. The place where there is a hole under the tripod is the zero reference line. The gap is 10mm when the machine leaves the factory. Customer can adjust the gap between rollers as per requirement.
5、The frame and base frame adopt box structure, which is strong, safe and reliable.
6、Workers can adjust the speed of the two rollers by changing the triangular motor belt. The efficiency will be good when the speed of the two rollers is not the same, but the roller skin wears out faster.
