Type PCH 1010 Ring Hammer Crusher is suited for breaking all kinds of brittle material, with maximum anti-pressure strength no more than 12MPa and surface moisture content within 9%, like coke coal, coal, shale, slag and loose limestone etc,.
The ring hammer crusher is mainly composed of frame, transmission shaft, rotor, impact cavity and other parts. The body of the heavy hammer crusher is welded with a steel plate, which is divided into upper and lower parts, which are connected by bolts. In order to avoid wear and deformation of the inner wall of the box under the influence of the material, the body is inlaid with a protective lining plate.
The rotor is composed of rotor shaft, disc, hammer shaft, ring hammer, plank hammer and other parts. The rotor axis is equipped with a disk, the disk is equipped with a hammer axis, the hammer ring, the hammer plate hangs on the hammer axis, when the rotor axis rotates, the hammer ring, the hammer plate is positioned with rotation. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the ring hammer and plate hammer break the material under centrifugal force. The rotating shaft is supported by both bearings, which are mounted on both sides of the box and secured with bolts.
