Main Application of Hammer Crusher:
The hammer crusher is used to crush all kinds of medium hard and weak abrasive materials.
The compressive strength of the material is not more than 100 MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%.

The main working part of a hammer crusher is the hammer rotor (also known as the hammer head). The rotor consists of a spindle, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor at high speed in the crushing chamber.
The material is fed into the machine through the top feed pipe and is crushed by impact, shearing and grinding of a high-speed hammer.
There is a sieve at the bottom of the rotor. Particles smaller than the size of the sieve opening are discharged through the sieve plate.
The hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating hammer head to impact the ore, so that the ore is crushed along natural cracks and seams and other fragile parts. When ore enters the crusher cavity, it is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head. In this case, the ore acquires kinetic energy during the impact process and rushes at high speed to the crushing plate and screen strip for further crushing.
