Conveyor Bend Pulley

Bend Pulley - A conveyor pulley used to redirect the belt and provide belt tension at bends in the conveyor system.
1.The bending pulley is used to change the direction of the belt.
2. Usually the pulley is installed in the tail section or on the vertical take-up device when the belt direction needs to be changed by 180°. When bent at 90°, it is installed above the receiving part.
3.The pulley, which is used to widen the contact surface, is usually used when the bend is less than or equal to 45°.
4.The surface of the pulley can be smooth steel or flat rubber.
