MQY series overflow ball mill is used to grind ore and other materials of varying hardness. It can be widely used as the main grinding equipment in industries such as metal beneficiation, building materials and chemical industries. It is called overflow ball mill because the end of ore discharge is based on the ore slurry level. It is composed of transmission part, rotating part, main bearing, feeding and unloading device, lubricating part and electric control part.
Depending on the conditions and requirements of the customer, the electric motor is selected to be high-voltage or low-voltage, and the lining material can be high-manganese steel or wear-resistant rubber. The brand of electric motor or gearbox can be chosen by the client at his discretion.
Large double row self-aligning rolling element bearings or hybrid bearings are used to reduce friction, making starting easier and saving energy by 20-30%.
