Product Description:
The hammer crusher is suitable for crushing various materials, such as brittle, medium hard, surface moisture not more than 2% and compressive strength not more than 150MPa. It is used for crushing or fine crushing of coal, coal deposits, limestone, shale, feldspar, gypsum, coke, bricks and tiles, limonite, crushed stone, salt and sulfur, phosphate ore in many industries such as coal, metallurgy, building materials , chemical industry, energy and other departments. The machine has the characteristics of light and compact body, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, large crushing ratio, less over-crushing, uniform and small product size, high production capacity, low energy consumption and so on. The compressive strength of the material is less than 100 MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%.
The hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating hammer head to impact the ore, so that the ore is crushed along natural cracks and seams and other fragile parts. When ore enters the crusher cavity, it is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head. In this case, the ore acquires kinetic energy during the impact process and rushes at high speed to the crushing plate and screen strip for further crushing. In addition, during the whole process, high-speed collisions of ore also produce crushing effect.
